We noticed that Jira Service Management and Customer Service Management are tagged as Service Collection Standard (EoS) in Atlassian Admin.
This is unexpected, as our subscription was recently reviewed and is active with a renewal date in August 2026. Could you please clarify why these products are marked as EoS, whether this impacts support, functionality, or renewals, and if any action is required from our side?

Mostly none changes are needed on your side. JSM was moved to EOS.
