JSM - SLA showing "An error occurred" then SLA Resolution went missing

Hello,

Do we have any issues right now?

As we accessed SLA option in JIRA Project Settings, we are getting "an error occurred" message.  Our tickets are impacted and SLA resolutions are missing:

 

Seems after 2 hours, SLA part in Project Settings is now accessible, however - 2 of our tickets still do not have SLA Resolution. It went missing after closing the ticket. SLA Reso.png

Hi @Emery Manayan 

If this problem is still relevant, you should contact the Atlassian support team in such cases. You can use third-party apps from the Atlassian Marketplace as a temporary solution, so waiting for a response does not stop SLA control.

My team developed one of these applications, so I suggest you use the 30-day trial and try the SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on.
