JSM Automation Rules Using "Work Item Created" Trigger Not Running Since This Morning

Hi,

Currently, all automation rules in JSM that use the “Work Item Created” trigger are not running.
There are no execution records in the audit log for today.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue before?
