JQL to find tickets with commit from specific user/author

And interested in writing some JQL to parse code commits inside tickets - and wondering if I could specifically search for tickets with PRs opened by a specific author.

It might be out of the context but I find that using 'assignee was [specific user]' solved partial problem and some more excel work solved my problem. I would be interested if there is any straight forward way to do this.
