JQL syntax for searching check mark/green tick in text

I was wondering if JQL can perform text search for check mark .  I tried "description ~ (/)" , but it doesn't work .

Hi Pak Yu,

You cannot search for special characters because they're not stored in the index. The index only keeps text and numbers. In versions before 8.x you could use special characters to combine two separate terms into a phrase, for example "Jira+Software" or "Jira/Software".
