JQL query to fetch list of issues where QA ROM Estimate is less than logged hours

I am looking for a JQL query to fetch list of issues for a particular sprint where QA ROM Estimate is less than sum of hours logged by list of users.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, but i am looking for only QA resources and also the list of issues with qa rom estimate and hours logged by all the members of qa team on that particular issue.

Ahh, i think this is not possible out of box. May be a plugin can help you (scriptrunner...)
