JPD Relative Scoring

My team is in the early stages of implementing JPD for backlog management. I have a few questions regarding the relative scoring:

1. Can the relative scoring be limited based on the Group/Team selected? If I create a separate view for only the ideas related to the Booth Sales team, will the Impact Score update so that it's only relative to ideas on that view/owned by Booth Sales?
2. Before we score an idea, we categorize the idea based on Group/Team, Module, Investment Line, and Benefit Group. Sometimes Groups/Teams consider certain Benefit Groups more important than others. Is it possible to apply weighting to a Benefit Group based on the Group/Team selected? So, apply X% weighting to the Y Benefit Group when the Group/Team Z is chosen?
