JIra server, CSV Import, Map not showing Jira Comment field

Hello, The csv import wizard doesn't allow us to map a column with the Jira field Comment.  However according to the documentation we should be able to import Comments.  What is the right way to import comments ? Thanks in advance for you help. Regards, N. Millot

Hi @Margot and welcome to Community!

There are two CSV import wizards:

• One from the Issues menu:

• One from the global administration menu > System > Import and Export > External system import:

You need to use the second wizard, the one from the global administration, to be able to map comments. You can't do it from the first wizard.
