JIra Showing error of can't able to invite

Hello Everyone,

I am inviting my team (owaiskhan@mitsol.tech etc.) to my projects as Administrator but Jira showing Alert of "We can't invite owaiskhan@mitsol.tech - Please contact with Jira Support".

Can you please, help me to understand this issue?

Is this a user that was active before? You might check in the User Directory:

Settings > User Management > Directory -> Managed accounts -> reactivate account.

@Vronik - I don't believe the incident has anything to do with inviting users.
