JIRA user must be a Service desk users to modify status in task?

Hi

I want to assign tasks created in Service desk to a JIRA user, with my agent, but the jira user can't modify the task status.

The User must be a Service desk to modify the status, or it's a permission issue?

Dear @Kenneth Monge,

that's the concept of the JSD license: You have to pay for agents. Otherwise everybody would buy Jira and just add JSD for $10.
