JIRA upgrade

HI My company currently has the JIRA Application installed in Windows 2003 Server. And we are going to upgrade from Window 2003 to Window 2012. Is there any procedure document for JIRA Application as well?

Rita has only given you the "move server" documentation, which you do need to read as well if you're moving the server.
