JIRA to JIRA Issue remote copy does not connect to server

Hello,

I am trying to move issue between two Jira instance.

When Ever I click on the Remote Copy Button, I get this error - "Problem in Connecting to the Server".

I check the application Link and it is configured.

Please Help.
