JIRA to Confluence links broken after migration of both Jira and Confluence to new server

We have been 2 companies merging in ONE

so we migrated Confluence and Jira from Company A to Company B

now , those tickets in Jira that migrated from Company A are still linked to old confluence. 

any practical solution to fix this ?

both Jira and confluence on both companies were server based.

Hi Negar,

There are a couple ways to do this, but they are all basically finding the old URL and replacing it with the new one. One is in the XML and the other is in the database. Cheers!
