JIRA subtasks not visible any more on the parent ticket.

Hi,

All the projects in JIRA have stopped displaying child tasks / sub tasks under a parent . It was working till yesterday. The projects are all company managed and no "Issue security scheme " has been enabled so far.

Any clue as to what could be happening is appreciated.

Looks like the issue is resolved. We can see the subtasks now in our projects.

Was there a maintenance of some sorts scheduled?

Also facing this problem on our instance. Can't see child tasks under any Epic. Appears to have started today.

Few workarounds for now:

Using timeline, or click three little dots and choose "view in search"

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
