JIRA stops working after user tries to close an issue

Every time an user tries to close an issue, an error occurs (see image attached) and after that the following issues start happening:

- Users can't create new issues

- Users can list issues but can't access them (browser keeps trying to open the page until we get a time out error from ISA Server)

Graphics, lists, gadgets and the administration area seems to be working fine.
