JIRA server setup on Windows; is TOMCAT needed?

I want to to do the set up of JIRA server on a new windows machine. Please confirm if I need to install TOMCAT myself on this windows machine or it comes budled with JIRA installable?

It's all bundled.

You may need to download a database driver in some cases, but for most installations the only thing you need is the JIRA Server download.
