JIRA server down?

Hello. Are the JIRA servers down today? We are getting an error message for our JIRA/Aha integration so just trying to pinpoint where the issue lies.

Hi! If you are talking about Jira cloud then it is not down, you can check the cloud tools statuses here (https://status.atlassian.com/) if you have a server instance, then you should check with your Jira Admin.

If you are on cloud you should check https://status.atlassian.com/.

If you are on server please contact your jira administrator.
