Hi,
Has someone seen this issue before if Jira ServiceDesk ticket is commented from Agent side or even changed the state of the ticket from "Investigating" to "Waiting for customer"?
As a result, already enabled "Get Notifications" switches to "Don't Notify Me" or "Don't notify me" action kicks in and this results to customer stop receiving notifications on the ticket.
Our customer complains about the above mentioned behavior and being seen on all 3 kind of browsers, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge & Internet Explorer..
