JIRA portfolio installation failing

Hi,

I want to test the JIRA Portfolio Add-On, but when I click on the "Free trial" button I receive the error below:

Since I am using JIRA Cloud, I have no clue if I can see the log files.

Can anyone help me to get the Portfolio add-on installed?

Since the problem is mentioning the log files, you will need to create a ticket under https://support.atlassian.com, so one of the Cloud engineers can help you to install the plugin.
