JIRA permissions

I just installed JIRA earlier this week and I now don't seem to have admin permissions on my only user. How can I get admin permissions without having them or how can I see if there is another user I'm missing?

I had tried that earlier. I'm not sure if I'm looking at the right db or not, but any time I try to execute any of those commands, I get error code: -5501, SQL State: 42501 user lacks privilege or object not found. When looking at the system_users table, I see the one user I created and admin is set to true.

Someone else had changed the configuration without my knowledge. There was no issue with JIRA.
