We use JIRA to send Creative files (pdfs and jpegs mostly) to our internal clients. Normally they can download the files in the proper formats, pdfs, jpegs, etc. but as of a couple days ago our clients can only download files as html on their end.
I have tried testing an incognito tab and signing into the JIRA Customer Portal to see if a Chrome Extension is affecting the download, but still having issues.
