JIRA login issue

When trying to log into Jira, I get the message: “Sorry, an error occurred trying to log you in - please try again.” over and over.  It takes me about 4 attempts before I'm able to login.  We're using Jira v8.19.0.

Are you using any external user directory ? If so, how many are configured ?

Are you using a reverse proxy or load balancer ?
