JIRA login Failed.

Hi Support,

We are seeing quite often users are unable to login JIRA.

Log messages seen below error messages.

Please let us know what is the root cause for it and how to make a perminent fix for this issue.?

Caused by: org.springframework.ldap.ServiceUnavailableException: lbds.rambus.com:389; socket closed; nested exception is javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException: lbds.rambus.com:389; socket closed

Regarding the ERROR you reported, seems like your JIra are having problems to connect to your AD.

Please check this KB that seems to be related to the same behavior you are experiencing: JIRA Users Unable to log in due to ServiceUnavailableException

Can you double check with the credentials of the Active Directory
