I am trying to link Version and Component fields, meaning If I have a link of 3 components (e.g. App, Docs, HW), I want each component to have a different drop down list for versions. E.g. when select "App" componenet, only versions "1, 2, 3" will be dispalyed, and when select "Docs" componenet, only versions "N/A, A, B" will be displayed. Is this possible to setup when reporting JIRA issues? Do I need custom fields? If it's doable - what are the steps?
