JIRA issue collector only visible when logged into JIRA

Deleted user

Hi there! First: there is a pretty similar question with no answers so I decided to make a new one since this is a pretty annoying thing here. Sorry for this sad

We embedded a JIRA issue collector in our confluence via custom HTML. Problem here is, that the collector is only visible when you are logged in in both instances (Confluence and JIRA). You can submit feedback anonymous. So whats the problem here?

We would like to have the issue collector always visible no matter if you are logged into JIRA or not since our users are mostly using Confluence only.

Thanks in advance!

Lars

Hi, Lars.

As a possible solution you can try Customer Case add-on for JIRA Cloud. This tool allows you to have the customer portal with open or restricted forums for collecting ideas and support requests.

Besides this, it supports conversion of ideas and support requests sent to the specific email addresses, so you will not have problems with this.
