JIRA in TEAMS but colleagues don't see the Jira tab in the TEAMS sites

JIRA is in microsoft TEAMS but my colleagues can't see the tabs in TEAMS i created.

In the Admin portal in TEAMS they have the permissions for the Jira app.

They can go to the JIRA items via the Browser in the JIRA Website

What is it we are missing?

Have all the users added the app in Teams and connected to the Jira server using the generated ID?
