Hi

According to this post, JIRA project admins can edit workflow if the workflow scheme is not shared by any other project. This feature doesn't seem to be the case on JIRA cloud.

Does anybody know if if that's possible on cloud ?

Hi Elvir,

You are correct that Jira Cloud does not currently have this same feature in regards to project admins ability to edit workflows that Jira Server has in 7.3.x and higher versions.  I am afraid that Jira Server and Jira Cloud do not have a 1:1 feature set.  Why?  Well the best I can tell you is probably outlined in this blog: Prioritizing updates in Cloud, Server, and Data Center: what it means for your team

TLDR: different platforms have different priorities.

However there is an open feature request for this in the cloud offerings.  I believe this is encompassed by JRACLOUD-3156

I would recommend watching that issue for updates, as this will likely indicate if and when that feature might be able to come into Jira Cloud.

Andy
