JIRA first clicks slow (ok afterwards)

We are experiencing a strange issue with jira (jira 6.1)

The first few click on a function any user makes is quite slow, once we are through the first few clicks the performance seems to return to normal.

I did this test today, loaded up an agile board few times and after that the next agile board (which was not opened that day) took only 2-3 sec to load. but then when i asked a user who just came in to office to click the same agile board it took like 15-20 sec to load.

And this phenomenon is not just restricted to agile board, but to every action starting from opening up an issue, dashboards, searches etc.

How can we get round this>

I suggest to install Jira JAVA melody plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.bull.javamelodyso you can check performances of your JIRA instance (CPU, Memory, http requests).
