JIRA error when adding confluence link.

when linking confluence page to a jira issue, i am getting error "There is no Confluence Application Link configured that matches the URL. You can search for pages from linked Confluence instances or add the URL as a Web Link". The page is available in search and able to open in browser with URL.

verify in JIRA > adminstrator > applicaiton link > confluence status "connected"

verify in Confluence > general configuration > application link > confluence status "connected"

it is using Oauth(impersonation) in/out both Jira7.10.1 and confluence6.15.1

I have admin and sysadmin access both Jira and Confluence.

I am the owner of the Jira project and the confluence space. 

What other thing i need to check?

It's possible there is some firewall/networking issue. Did your Application Links work in the past, or are you trying to set it up for the first time?
