I pressed the "Add incoming mail handler" to make a handler to create a task for a new JIRA project I created. I set the Incoming Mail Server for my new email to be the Default Cloud Server. However when I email the email associated with the Default Cloud Server I found that an older project with an older Email Handler that also as its Incoming Mail Server instead of my new project.

I wanted to ask if only one project can be associated with the Default Cloud Server? Or is there a way to make an extra email user for the Default Cloud Server to split my project issue creation?

Hi @Samuel Slay Skidmore

Welcome to the Community!!

It's only one project you can be associate with the Default Cloud Server

For multiple projects, you need to add your own mail server to categorize the mails and select the project

Once the mails are processed from the mail server, it is done. There is no split concept

These things should be taken care in mail server, which needs our own mail server.

Thanks,
Pramodh
