JIRA displaying wrong links in Source tab (in FishEye commit messages)

I've set up FishEye with JIRA. We use commit messages to link issues to changesets.
Looking at commit messages in FishEye is correct (I've set up Linkers for FishEye repositories), so issues link to JIRA.

However, my problem is when I'm looking at the commit messages in JIRA, e.g in Project's main Source tab. The links of the issues would go to Crucible. How can I set up linkers in JIRA or why does it work in FishEye and not in JIRA.

Also, if I'm in a crucible review and I didn't give any linked issue but Crucible suggest one (from the title), then its link is also wrong (going to /cru instead of JIRA). I have the two apps on the same server.

Hm, I had to restart JIRA and the problem solved!
