Does JIRA provide a way or is there a plugin to collect and provide metrics on JIRA Dashboards?

As a system admin you can grep the URLs for each dashboard from the Tomcat access logs. Or use Splunk or some such tool to track this. But nothing I know of inside Jira or an app (plugin)

Limited capabilities. as an admin you can see the "popularity" of shared dashboards and filters
