JIRA dashboard reports, can previous data or an older time frame be displayed?

Hi All,

This is regarding the graphing gadgets: Created vs Resolved Chart, Time to First Response, Aver Age Chart.  On JIRA 7.2.10, these gadgets are limited to reporting only the most recent data (within the last 300 or 360 days).  

Is there a way to specify a time frame to report, so that you can compare 2019 vs 2018 performance metrics for example?  (If you create a time filter for 2018, the gadgets are still restricted to only the most recent data in 2019, so you essentially return an empty chart).
