JIRA customizing the website

I am trying to get more than the software developers in our organization into JIRA.  Doing so I have created a "Test Case" type for task creation.  In showing the process to use my management does not like the work "Issue" is on many of the screens.  These seem to be in the actual website and is there a way to change the wording of the menus/links to remove the word "Issue" for only one specific project?

In JIRA everything is an Issue, you can however rename it.
