and what the  the name of this column when Downloading  to excel

The blue part of the progress bar is when the issue is in the "Progress" status category.

The green part of the progress bar is when the issue is in the "Done" status category.

Can you elaborate on what view you are referring to? Where in Jira are you and what exactly is confusing you? Maybe provide a screenshot?

Blue and green are used in the context of workflows. Blue are Statuses of the Status Category "In Progress" and green is used for the Status category "Done", while grey reflects "Open" Statuses.
