JIRA cloud integration with Teams

Hi Team,

I am trying to integrate JIRA cloud with teams and need assistance with the same. I have added the app and it's asking for sign in again and again.

I have signed in with Atlassian account still the app is not working in the teams.

Yes I tried both the app and web browser but I still can't see the project I am assigned to.

I would like to know whether this issue is specific to your user account or all users  ?. Make sure you are adding Jira cloud app version from MS teams apps store.

I was able to add it on the web teams and once I sign in I cannot see my project for which I want to configure this app.

Hello, Good day. After entering the user name and password. You will get an option to select the site name.
