JIRA cloud : external file server

While moving from Jira server to cloud, is it possible to choose a different file server (local) for the attachments while the rest of the content gets stored in the cloud? If this is possible, then the EU data protection laws will not restrict us from moving from jira server to cloud. As well, the 25GB data limit restriction on the cloud can be managed easily. I am curious to find out if a third party solution is already available for this or Atlassian has addressed it ?

The only thing I've seen is connectors for Google Drive - an extra panel appears in the issues and you put attachments there instead of in the internal one (which you can switch off).
