JIRA cloud changing favicon returns permission denied error

When I try to upload a new favicon in JIRA either by URL or by a local file upload, I get the following error:

/data/jirastudio/jira/service/home/logos/jira-favicon-scaled.ico (Permission denied)

This seems to be a new issue, as I was able to upload and change the favicon previously a matter of weeks ago.

How can I get around this problem?

Hello. I have the same problem as you do. Have you found any solution? Thanks

my same problem has been solved. You need remote/ssh to your server and grant the permission.

this might be late but,
What are the permissions I would need to grant?

Thank you!
