JIRA auto add/move sprints to Done issues when closing sprints

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have issues in Done status where, when closing sprints, are added to the next sprint automatically. I want to prevent that, as these status are in the Done status.
Status name: Accepted
Category: Done
I have removed all issues with 'Accepted' status in the current sprint, but this is just a temporary solution - I'm looking for a more permanent solution.

Welcome to the community !!
Did you map the "Accepted" status to the "Done" column. This ensures that any issues in the Accepted status are recognized as completed and not transitioned to a new sprint.
You need to configure this in your sprint --> Columns
