JIRA and PostgreSQL 11.3

Can we install JIRA on version 11.3 of PostgreSQL ?

We are running multiple instances on PostgreSQL 11 without any issues. We will start upgrading to 12 next week.

PostgreSQL 11 is not yet supported by Jira.

The latest version of Jira supports up to PostgreSQL 10 :
