What does "unable to connect" mean?  What is the error message, what are you trying to connect with, and does it work with other remote applications?

My network is working fine, i do not use a proxy server and I could connect to this link before upgrading to Mojave! I am on the latest version of Chrome. See the image below.

My JIRA app with the same credentials is working fine on my iPhone.

There is something wrong with your network or browser settings then.

Try running the basics of a network test on the command line - ping the server, try nslookup etc.

No issue with the ping

22 packets transmitted, 22 packets received, 0.0% packet loss

round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 0.297/0.481/1.190/0.180 ms

Ok, so you need to look at the rest of the networking to find out what is blocking you.
