JIRA and Confluence compactable Update ?

Hello,

planning to update the JIRA and confluence system , do you have recommendation?

For JIRA is this 7.3.3 ? Or are you guys aware of major problems in that release?

For confluence is this 6.1.1? Or are there any major issues with this release?

currently we are using JIRA 7.2.2 and confluence 5.10.8
