JIRA User Picker Field Position on Screen

Hello,

i have the following problem.

When creating a issue i need to pick about 20 different people (and each of them is in his field), users in jira who are then responsible for each part in solving this issue. Can I somehow show all these usernames in a special tab an not on the "people" part of the display in jira?

@Jurica Petricevic  I am not sure if you can do that, as jira by default have a specific way of displaying fields in issue view screen, user-picker fields as arranged below assignee and reporter fields

Hi @Jurica Petricevic

while creating and editing issues you can do it by creating a tab on the screen and putting the fields to a separate tab. However, as soon as on a view screen names are always arranged to the right (where dates also live).
On view screen I found no option to group people relevant information in tabs.
