We have recently upgraded our JIRA Production sever from 7.4 to 8.5.
After the upgrade, our user started seeing some weird issues. The JIRA objects such as dashboard, scrum/kanban boards are not loading in any of the browsers. IE and chrome are the most widely used. At first, the issue seem to be coming from only offshore users (we are US-based) but later on some of the onshore users started seeing this as well.
The application log doesn't show any related information. I tried to research the solution but no avail. Kindly suggest if you all had similar situations.
