JIRA UAT Down

Hi,

My JIRA UAT is down since 7 days. we tried to resolve by restarting and stopping the server through PUTTY but It doesn't work. Can you please help me on this? error code jira.PNG

Hi @devops-support ,

Little more info would be great!

Did it suddenly go down on it's own?
Was an upgrade done?
Do you see anything in the logs? plugins failing, error messages,..

The more we know the better we can try and help.

May I suggest you opening a ticket with the support team on: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-server/ with logs and screenshot for investigating the issue.
