I would like to request a training session to better understand how to set up a JIRA project tailored for our team’s needs. We aim to utilize JIRA effectively for our workflow and would like guidance on the following specific features:

1. Setting up a Kanban board (including columns for "To Do," "In Progress," and "Done").
2. Configuring and using the timeline view for project planning.
3. Managing permissions, such as how to invite external guests and set up access schemes so that they can only view certain topics or areas of the project.

I would start by looking at the free learning paths that Atlassian University is offering. They also offer live training. Another option is to work with an Atlassian partner on getting custom training if needed.
