Currently it is not possible to approve own timesheet, even member added yourself as member, the option for reviewer will not show.
However your use case is valuable for us, we would like to
invite you to create a feature request for this in our Tempo Ideas portal, https://ideas.tempo.io/.
The Ideas portal is a public portal where our Product Management team tracks all product feedback, new ideas and feature requests. In the same portal you will be able to receive updates on your ideas, see what other Customers are suggesting and also vote on existing requests.
