Do we have any queries or other ways to check if "JIRA Suite Utilities" is in use ?

I use this free plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219634/power-admin to analyze the usage of different plugins, customfields etc.

You could use it to analyze the JSU app and where it is being used at the moment in your jira instance.
