I have an User Story which has an Epic linked to it. Now when I create a Sub-Task through script runner under story, but it take automatically epic link assignee

can i remove that? Please your help guys

That sounds like you have a script you've written yourself grabbing the assignee.  What does that say?  You should be able to comment out the bit that sets the assignee.
