Hello,

Trying to run Jira on web browser, but I'm getting an error : JiraLockedError JIRA Startup Failed You cannot access

Please help me .....

Delete all files in

\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\plugins\.bundled-plugins

\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\plugins\.osgi-plugins
